How long is Penrhos Park Lodges season?

 

12 months of the year

 

For as long as you like (lodge park for holiday purpose only) 

 

How long can we stay on-site? 

 

No, you must own a residential property elsewhere and the park must be used for holiday purposes only (found in the Park licence issued by the local Council). A copy of a recent utility bill will be required with the individual's name and address. 

 

Can I use the cabin residentially? 

 

No, but you have the right to use the plot as long as you pay your Plot Fees.

 

Do I own the land my cabin is situated on?

 

What size is the park?

 

Penrhos Lodge Park is a new development that features five log cabins currently 

 

What are the Annual running costs?

The Annual running costs for 2017:

 

Ground rent: £2,160 including VAT (rates and water)

Electricity will be charged depending on the amount used and will be billed every quarter. 

 

 

Do you have Wi-fi and mobile phone coverage on the park ?

 

Yes, Wi-fi is available on the park for a small annual fee. EE is the best mobile network on the park, however, coverage is minimum. 

 

Can I rent out / sub-let my cabin?

 

No, but friends and family are welcome to stay! Although we do ask if you could let us know beforehand. 

 

Can I arrange my insurance through the Park?

 

Yes, the lodges are currently insured with NFU Mutual. However, if you decide to insure the lodge yourself, you will be required to provide a copy of your insurance documents each year. NOTE: It is a requirement of the Park rules that all lodges are insured.

Yes, we are affiliated to the BH&HPA (British Holiday and Home Parks Association). 

 

Are you affiliated to any governing Body?

 

Am I responsible for the maintenance of the ground around our caravan ?

 

We maintain all the grass around the park the flower and shrub beds. However, clients are responsible for the small flower beds outside their cabin and parking area. 

Are Pets allowed?

 

Yes, Pets are allowed. You are allowed 2 dogs per cabin as long as they are well behaved.
